Katie Holmes isn't afraid of wearing something affordable. A bonafide A-lister, Holmes is more than comfortable in her celebrity standing to wear accessible trends, from her comfortable Evolvetogether face masks to her $75 Reeboks. But there is one status item she simply can't resist: Gucci loafers.
Celebrities, socialites, and wealthy men and women alike can hardly resist the siren song of the classic shoe. Featuring their signature horsebit hardware, Gucci loafers have been a symbol of affluence and classic style since their introduction in the early 1950s. Holmes, who stepped out in a black pair just yesterday on a walk through New York City, also owns them in white and is spotted wearing them at least several times each month.
