Spring Awakening Music Festival fans are going to have to wait another year to celebrate the fest’s 10-year anniversary.
React Presents, organizers of the three-day electronic and dance music fest slated for July 8-10 in the parking lot at the United Center this summer, announced this week that the 2022 edition will be postponed to next year.
“Each year, we strive to deliver a festival experience that embodies our fans’ passion and love of music. SAMF is grateful for your trust, and we felt the festival was not at the level you come to expect and deserve,” organizers said in a statement on the website.
Ticketholders can elect to get a full refund. Those who choose to roll their tickets over to next summer’s music celebration will receive additional benefits and upgrades. Visit springawakeningfestival.com for full details.
