The new year has officially started, so why does it still feel like we're still stuck in 2020? Part of it has to be the fact that face masks, KN95s in particular, are selling out again. Katie Holmes recently wore a plaid KN95 by one of Hollywood's go-to brands, Maskc, and it's now been sold out for weeks with a waitlist in the tens of thousands. Jennifer Lopez, though, has an Oprah-approved favorite from Amazon that's just as stylish, and it's miraculously still in stock.
We've written about Lopez's devotion to the Henry 3-layer face mask before, and we've even tried it out for ourselves. It's without a doubt one of the most beautiful and breathable ones we've come across. The face mask is also one of Oprahs's favorite things of 2021, which makes its ability to stay in stock (for now) bewildering. But instead of thinking about it any further, we should all just take this as our sign to stock up before the inevitable happens.
While out in Los Angeles recently, Lopez wore a floral patterned version of the mask with Aritzia's famous Super Puff coat, a pair of chunky sneakers, and Olivia von Halle silk loungeware pants. Lopez is clearly a fan of the Henry mask in vibrant colors, too, since she's worn it in both orange and yellow as well. While some of the colorful options are selling out fast on Amazon, you can still shop it in white for $18 (and it'll go with everything), or get a pack of 4 in a variety of colors for $50.Plus, if we want 2022 to start looking a whole lot different than the last two years, investing in and wearing this face mask is a good place to start. Sure, it may not be the most exciting 2022 purchase, so you may want to throw in a white puffer jacket to truly channel Lopez's look.
