Cheers to 25 years
Raise a toast to Wild Onion Brewery’s 25th anniversary during their upcoming two-day festival running 5-9 p.m. Friday, June 24, and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at the Lake Barrington venue. In honor of 25 years, the brewery will be releasing a specialty beer crafted with 25 different hops that will be available through June. Plus, expect live music from Pat McKillen on Friday and bluegrass music from Bourbon Aristocracy on Saturday.

Lobster indulgence
Calling all lobster lovers: Morton’s is offering a lobster indulgence three-course chef’s summer menu Friday through Sunday, June 24-26. Treat yourself to the $69 meal, which includes a choice of starter (caprese salad, Caesar salad, artisan goat cheese salad or lobster bisque (extra $5)), a choice of entree (8-ounce cold-water lobster tail, lobster and jumbo lump crabcakes, Maine lobster ravioli or lobster scampi), and a choice of dessert (crème brûlée, Key lime pie, fresh mixed berries or Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (extra $6)).
